The first step is to reach out to our sales team to discuss your project, your team’s vision, deadline and budget. Our art team will curate 3 designs and we’ll send you quotes.
Revisions
Simple or Extensive Changes
Based on the team's feedback, we will adjust the designs until we have the perfect deal toy design.
Sample
5-10 Business Days
Refresh always recommends getting a prototype before putting in a final order. If you’re on a time crunch, this step can be skipped and accommodations will be made.
Final Delivery
5-10 Business Days
Once sample and design is approved, Refresh will start the final production process and your order will be shipped to any location you need.
